PURPOSE:To eliminate the unnatural motion of a moving image on a personal computer by using an FIFO memory and converting the scan rate of the personal computer side into the scan rate of a video side. CONSTITUTION:The FIFO memory 1 is read with a clock 14 synchronized with the horizontal synchronizing signal 17 of a video signal and the timing of a readout signal generator 3 which generates a horizontal synchronizing signal 13, and the output of the scan rate of RGB from the personal computer side is converted into the scan rate of the video signal. The analog RGB18 outputted by a decoder 5, on the other hand, is A/D-converted 6 into a digital side 10. At this time, the output 9 of the personal computer side and the output 10 of the video signal are synchronized at the scan rate of the video signal and the output 9 of the personal computer side and the output 10 of the video signal are put together by a data mixing circuit 4. The composite signal 11 is outputted as an analog RGB12. Consequently, the motion of the moving image becomes natural. |
