<p>PURPOSE: To give a vibration absorbing property to a racket made of a metal or a composite material by installing a vibration absorbing assembly in a throat connecting head and shaft. CONSTITUTION: A racket 10 made of a metal or a composite material is provided with head 11, shaft 12 and handle 13. A throat 14 connects the head and the shaft, and a single vibration absorbing assembly 20 is mounted, for instance, on the racket longitudinal axial line of the throat. A hole is provided, for instance, in the throat, in which a metal rod 21 with heads 22 and 23 is inserted, fixed with two deformable bushes 30 and 31, for instance, of natural rubber, and allowed to move in the throat in the AA' direction according to the vibration given on the racket.</p> |
