<p>PURPOSE:To sort the malfunction of a pump and the malfunction of a flow rate due to a momentary interruption of a power source by generating a power interruption display by control means when a counted value of counter means exceeds a predetermined counted value, and generating a pump malfunction display by the control means when the counted value does not exceeds a predetermined counted value. CONSTITUTION:When cooling operation of a unit 2i to be cooled by a cooling controller is started, whether the output value of each flowrate sensor 4i corresponding to the unit 2i is lowered to a predetermined value or less or not is checked at each predetermined period. If it is lowered, the number of loops in which the flowrate is lowered is counted up by counter means 8. When the counted value of the counted means 8 exceeds a predetermined counted value corresponding to a predetermined period of time, control means 6 generates a power interruption display. If the counted value of the counted means 8 does not exceed the predetermined counted value, the means 5 generates a pump malfunction display.</p> |
