摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a power generating plant having high responding capability to load variation by setting the supply amount of fuel to a reformer on the basis of load current and by controlling fuel gas flow rate to an auxiliary burner with differential pressure of a reformer reactor. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic unit 22 sets fuel flow rate with a signal of a load current detector 21 connected to a fuel cell main body 9. A reformer supply fuel controller 23 compares a signal of a fuel flow rate detector 20 with the signal of the detector 21 by the instruction of the unit 22 and controls a flow rate control valve 2 so as to obtain the setting flow rate. Since the setting value of the fuel flow rate is larger than the total amounts necessary for power generation and a reformer burner, excess fuel is supplied to an auxiliary burner 15 through a bypass flow rate control valve B. A bypass flow rate controller 25 compares a signal of a differential pressure detector 24 which detects the inside and outside differential pressure of a reformer reactor with a target differential pressure and controls the valve 8. A power generating plant having high responding capability to load variation is obtained.
