PURPOSE:To generate a document or a graph quickly and in addition, through simple operation, and to reduce transferring quantity by reflecting information designated from a format designation picture immediately on a sample picture, generating a command based on format information, requesting it to host processing system, and displaying its result. CONSTITUTION:A sample display processing part 3 displays the sample picture 1 of selected presentation processing, and simultaneously, in response to a fact that a user designates format from the format designation picture 1 displayed by a format designation processing part 4, this format information is immediately reflected and displayed on the sample picture 1. Further, the command is generated based on the format information preserved beforehand, and the host processing system is requested to process it, and the result is displayed. Thus, the document or the graph can be generated quickly and in addition, through the simple operation while seeing the sample of the result of various presentation processing, and simultaneously data is not transferred to and from the host processing system, and communication cost can be curtailed. |
