<p>PURPOSE: Anti-carcinogenic vitamin D3 analogs are provided, which have high anti-carcinogenic activity and do not result in high calcium concentration in a cell. CONSTITUTION: The anti-carcinogenic vitamin D3 analogs represented by the formula(1) are provided, wherein R is C4-C20 carbon optionally substituted with hydroxy containing double bond. An anti-carcinogenic drug comprises the anti-carcinogenic vitamin D3 analogs of the formula(1) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The method for preparing the anti-carcinogenic vitamin D3 analogs of the formula(1) comprises the steps of: reacting a phosphine oxide compound of the formula(2) with a ketone compound of the formula(3) to prepare a compound of the formula(4); and removing a protecting group from the compound of the formula(4), wherein Pro is an amine protecting group.</p> |
