A hose connection comprises an insertion nozzle (1) of a hard material, which can be inserted into the opening of a hose (2) and is provided in the region of the axially projecting end with a radially outwardly projecting retaining collar (3) and a connecting thread (4), a retaining element (5) being provided radially outside the region surround by the hose (2), which retaining element (5) encloses the hose in the form of a sleeve and is connected in a liquid-proof manner to the insertion nozzle (1) in the region of the retaining collar (3). The insertion nozzle (1) is provided in the region between the retaining collar (3) and the connecting thread (4) with a circumferential slot (6), and the retaining element (5) is provided with a projection engaging into the slot (6). Said element consists of a polymer material which is integrally formed on the hose (2) and the insertion nozzle (1) in the liquid state and is subsequently solidified.
