PURPOSE:To obtain the pressure sensitive material, wherein a particle shaped amylose occluding compound is scattered in a microcapsule applied layer and a coating applied layer as a buffer material, and which is characterized by excellent mechanical strength such as pressure resistance and abrasion resistance and clear coloring capability. CONSTITUTION:The pressure sensitive material, wherein the particle shaped amylose occluding compound is scattered in the microcapsule applied layer and/ or the coating applied layer which is contacted and acted with said microcapsule applied layer as the buffer material. It is desirable that the amount of the amylose in the amylose occluding compound is 80% or more, and the size of the particle is 1.5-10 times the size of the microcapsule. The amylose occulding compound can be formed by heating starch slurry including an oxidizing agent (peroxide and the like) or enzyme and a minute particle formation accelerator (ether of C1-22 alcohol and the like). |
