The invention relates to a device for loading of appliances, such as needle appliances, for working on pin-shaped parts provided with a widened head, such as nails, in a production plant, with a separating arrangement which receives the unordered parts and which has an outlet opening. The appliance is provided with a magazine for receiving a multiplicity of the parts in the correctly ordered state. Adjoining each outlet opening of the separating arrangement is an inclined channel in which the separated parts slide. The channel has a stopper which can be moved so as to protrude into the receiving area, and the magazine of the appliance can be moved obliquely downwards in a continuation of the channel, in accordance with Patent Application P 3840935.6. The stopper consists of two movable pins which are arranged spaced apart on the channel and protrude into the receiving area thereof and delimit between each other a preliminary magazine stretch. The lower pin is adjacent to the lower end of the channel, and the fillable length of the magazine of the appliance is longer than the length of the preliminary magazine stretch. <IMAGE>
