PURPOSE:To uniform the length of a gap, by independently bending the upper and lower part of a core holder through the forming of a groove to a core holder. CONSTITUTION:Core halves 13 and 14 are fitted to a core holder 11. Operating gap sides of the core halves 13 and 14 are engaged with notches respectively and front gaps of the core halves 13 and 14 are engaged with recesses. The core halves 13,14,15 and 16 are incorporatedly polished for the operating gap and rear gap corresponding positions with the contact surfaces of the core holders 11 and 12. A gap spacer 20 is disposed at the operating gap position. The core holders 1 and 12 are butted. In this case, a shield plate 17 is disposed in the core holders 11 and 12. Further, the core holders 11 and 12 are fixed by using retaining springs 18 and 19. |
