<p>Elements/functions forming part of a textile machine are controlled and supervised with the aid of a computerized system. This comprises one or more units which serve the element/the function and which together with other units form a network. One or more units can, if necessary, serve more than one element or one function. Each unit is connected or connectable to a connection which forms part of the network formed by the units. Message transmission within the system takes place preferably serially and digitally at said connection(s). Control elements ascertain coming yarn winding-on requirement and guarantee even winding-on operations. Heavy accelerations, speeds and deceleration are then prevented.</p> |
