PURPOSE:To prepare the subject meat product containing a stick at the center of pastry and having uniform volume and shape by putting a stick into a gut, filling a seasoned mixture of minced meat into the gut under rotation while holding the other end of the gut and heat-treating the product. CONSTITUTION:A stock meat such as pork is salted, aged, chopped, added with spices and seasonings such as pepper and kneaded to obtain a mixture of minced meat. A definite amount of the meat is charged through a charging nozzle 30 into a gut 10 containing a stick 20 while rotating the gut, an end of the gut is pinched and the meat is subjected to heat-treatment such as drying, smoking or boiling to obtain the objective meat product. |
