PURPOSE:To obtain grated garlic free from odor and having the palatability similar to grated raw garlic, from an easily handleable garlic, by using dried garlic powder having a specific particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:The objective grated garlic can be prepared by mixing dried garlic powder having an average particle diameter of 350-1,500mum (preferably 500-850mum) preferably with grated product of raw and/or blanched garlic. |
