PURPOSE:To obtain cultured eels, holding taste, etc., without any difference from that of natural eels by drilling hole parts at the bottom of a culture pond, filling active carbon therein, culturing the eels and then steaming the cultured eels with vapor of specific ionic water. CONSTITUTION:Hole parts 2 for holding a prescribed shape and depth are initially drilled at a prescribed interval in the bottom of a cultured pond 1 and active carbon 3 is then filled in the above-mentioned hole parts 2. Eels cultured in the culture pond 1 or other prescribed culture ponds are subsequently steamed with vapor of ionic water which is prepurified by action of carbon and subjected to electrical conduction with a static electron generator for a prescribed time to afford cultured eels holding taste and appearance without any difference from those of natural eels. |
