PURPOSE:To improve working safeness and productivity, by providing a titled trimming press having the upper part of a gate-shaped body on which a product receiving part taking out products in the press and a product extruding device are put. CONSTITUTION:The frame body 16 of a product extractor is lowered and adjusted to the height so that the product receiving part 18 can pass between an upper metallic die 4 and a lower metal die 3 while putting a product on it. A sheet 1 formed in the preceeding process is sent to a press by a sheet guide 2 and the sheet guide 2 is lowered by a cylinder 12 to set up the sheet 1 on the lower die 3. Subsequently a ram 5 is lowered to execute trimming. When the ram is raised after trimming, the product is simultaneously attracted and lifted to the upper die 4. A loader 17 of the product extractor is advanced into the press and returned back after receiving a product on the product receiving part 18. After the loader 17 has been returned back up to the outside of the body 7, the sheet guide 2 is raised to start the succeeding cycle. |
