The invention concerns oxodiaminocyclotriphosphazene compounds useful for their immunomodulatory, antitumoral properties, of general formula (I), where R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 independtly of each other may denote a halogen or R1 and R2, R3 and R4, R5 and R6 or R1 and R3 independently of each other denote at least one chain of formula (II): -NR-[(CH)2n-O[p-(CH2)m-NR'- where R and R' indepe ndently of each other denote hydrogen or a C1-14 alkyl group and n, m and p are integers between 1 and 10, whereby n may have different values in the alkyloxy chain formed, provided that when R1 and R3 denote a chain of formula (II) and m = n = 2, then p is not equal to 1 if R = R' = H. The invention also concerns the methods of preparation of these compounds and their applications.
