<p>PURPOSE:To combine adhesiveness and separating property by adhering polyester film on whole one side surface of the polyvinyl chloride sheet being in heat condition. CONSTITUTION:A material is made into a polyvinyl chloride 2 by means of a calender 1, immediately after that, a polyester film 3 is adhered on the rear surface of the polyvinyl chloride sheet 2 by press rollers 5, 5' being attached to the calender 1, after that, the recessed and protruding shape of rift patterns is printed on the polyvinyl chloride sheet 1 being laminated with pasted polyvinyl chloride resin sol 7 by a screen roll in a rotary screen printer 6, and dried preliminarily by means of a preliminary drier 8, and then gelled by means of heater 9. A product 11 is obtained by separating a polyester film 3 by means of a rewinding machine 10.</p> |
