Condensation products of dihydroxydiphenyl sulphone, formaldehyde and phenolsulphonic acid whose mixing ratio is 1:0.7-1.4:1-2.3 are highly suitable for use as wet fastness improvers, as resists and especially as anti-stain finishes on polyamide fibre materials.
