The method comprises, using the filtered liquid, the reaction displacement of the device or head within the liquid and controlling its trajectory and attitude. The device or head is comprised of a casing (1) containing a motor (2) with, mounted on its shaft (2'), a pump (3) directed towards the bottom of said casing (1) presenting suction openings (4). The motor (2) is arranged within a cylindrical chamber divided in two parts (6, 6') by means of a cylindrical filter (7), the chamber wall being traversed by connected conduits (8) with electrovalves (9) leading to nozzles (10) which provide, by a reaction effect, for the translation, rotation or change of attitude of the head.
