The arrangement regulates the outlet control angle of a two-stroke combustion engine by an element which narrows the outlet channel cross section. The element takes the form of a piston shaped control member (3). This is simultaneously a part of the outlet channel (5) and movable parallel to or at an angle to the cylinder axis. ADVANTAGE - Method of regulating the outlet angle of a two stroke engine which ensures a favourable torque curve over a wide range of speeds.
