摘要 PURPOSE:To realize uniform machining by controlling an emission time interval of a pulse laser beam according to deceleration of a galvanometer and emitting a laser beam pulse at a prescribed distance interval to avoid the dot shortage at the time of finishing marking. CONSTITUTION:When a command waveform sent to the galvanometer of a laser beam machine and the actual movement of the galvanometer are observed, a response value 2 is shifted to the right by td as compared with a command value 1. At the time of finishing marking, the number (n) of pulses required for a section tb is the total of the number n1 of pulses emitted at the time of mobile delay at the time of starting marking and the number n2 of pulses emitted at an acceleration section 4. The numbers n1, n2 and (n) of pulses can obtain the number of pulses to be added at the time of finishing marking from the formulas I, II and III wherein ta, v and B denote the time required for acceleration, the marking speed and the byte size, respectively and uniform machining is realized.
