PURPOSE:To prevent the stress concentration fatigue of rubber by a method wherein a recessed part is previously formed in a rubber sleeve, rubber sleeves are adhered and formed between adjoining inner, intermediate, and outer cylinders, and liquid resin is injected in a space formed between the recessed part of a pre-compressed rubber bush and a cylinder metal through an integrally communicated injection port. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate cylinder 2 on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of which inner and outer rubber sleeves 4 and 5, respectively, are vulcanized and adhered is pressed in between inner and outer cylinders 1 and 3 for adhesion. In this case, a recessed part 8 formed peripherally in the shape of an approximate D-shaped fan in cross section and having a rubber thin section part 9 left unprocessed is formed in the radial position of the outer layer sleeve 5 making contact with the inner periph eral surface of the outer cylinder 3. Liquid resin or a fluid rigid elastomer is injected in a space, formed between the recessed part 8 and the outer cylinder 3, through an injection port 7 formed in the outer cylinder 3 so as to communicate with the space to form a rigid filler layer 6. This constitution prevents stress concentration fatigue of rubber due to a stress strain and the generation of noise because of a shape being unsuitable. |
