PURPOSE:To make faster process speed and improve productivity without rotating a circuit board by forming thereon holes or recesses in about equilateral triangle or hexagon in the same direction with angles of about 120 deg. separated from each other. CONSTITUTION:A metallic circuit board 1 is formed with holes 5 in about equilateral triangle in the same direction with angles of about 120 deg. separated from each other. Each lamp holder 3 is attached to the circuit board 1 with a screw 4 after a base portion of the holder 3 is inserted into each hole 5. Therefore, when the holes 5 are formed on the circuit board 1 in order by a NC puncher, the circuit board 1 does not need to be rotated since the holes 5 are formed in the same direction. Thus, the holes 5 are formed only by transferring the circuit board 1 with X-Y control. Accordingly, process speed is made faster and productivity is improved. |
