PURPOSE:To improve the slidability and abrasion resistance of an apparatus by using a specific adhesive containing molybdenum disulfide, etc., as a sliding member. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor 10 is composed of an oscillator piece 11 with innumerable minute holes 12 formed therein, a rotor 13 contact-bonded to the top face part of said oscillator piece, etc. Also, a high viscosity epoxy adhesive 14 containing a given ratio of powders of molybdenum disulfide, zirconium, and carbon is applied to a part of said oscillator piece 11 coming in contact with said rotor 13. Further, the surface of said part of the oscillator piece is subjected to abrasion after said adhesive 14 is hardened. |
