A metal cap recycling system and a metal cap recycling method which obtain superior pyrolysis efficiency and reduce consumption of fuel required for heating by performing a pyrolysis process in a vacuum condition and sucking pyrolyzed gas generated from the pyrolysis process, thereby supplying the pyrolyzed gas as a fuel aid required for heating are provided. A recycling system of metal caps comprises: a heat storage chamber(10) which has a burner(11) and stores combustion heat generated from the burner; and a pyrolysis part(20) in which a hot-air moving path(22) communicating with the heat storage chamber is formed, and comprises a vacuum pyrolysis tank(30) for pyrolyzing resin and cork adhered to the metal caps by receiving thermal energy from the hot-air moving path. The recycling system further comprises: a vacuum pump(40) for sucking air filled in the vacuum pyrolysis tank to maintain a vacuum condition within the vacuum pyrolysis tank; an agitator(34) and a drive motor(33) installed on the vacuum pyrolysis tank; a dust collector(24) installed at an end of the hot-air moving path; fire bricks(14) installed in the heat storage chamber as a heat storage material; and a temperature control means(16) installed on the heat storage chamber. |
