MULLITE - BASED CERAMICS MATERIAL

The mullitd base ceramic material comprises 0.1-10 wt.% at least one of of group IIIa metal oxide e.g. Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Ac, Th, Er, Dy, Ho, Tm, Yb and Lu except for radiation component, 99.9-90 wt.% Al2O3.SiO2-2Al2O3.SiO2 compsn. and contains or does not contain 0.1-5.0 wt.% at least one MgO and CaO. The produced mullite base ceramic body has the dielectric constant of no more than 9.5 in 1 MHz and the bending strength of more than 150 MPa at room temp.
