The system parallely mounted on engine waste-heat applicating heating system, gives effective heating for automobile. The system includes boiler (100) separating into an air blowing chamber (2) and a combustion chamber (1) having inner burner (10), air swirl chamber (19), ingnition plug (23), igmition sensor (17) and outer heat exchanger (5), water jacker (6) for forming exhaust circulation passage (3), spiral water circulation passage (4). Air blowing chamber (2) includes electric motor (32), blowing fan (33) for blowing suction air into combustion chamber (1).
