PDP FILTER AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

A PDP(Plasma Display Panel) filter and a fabrication method of the same are provided to reduce a thickness and a manufacturing cost by forming electromagnetic wave shielding layer pattern through electroplating method. A PDP filter includes an electromagnetic wave shielding pattern(215), a transparent pattern protection resin layer(220), and a filter base(275). The transparent pattern protection resin layer is used for covering the electromagnetic wave shielding pattern in order to expose one surface of the electromagnetic wave shielding pattern. The filter base is attached to one surface of the transparent pattern protection resin layer facing the exposed surface of the electromagnetic wave shielding pattern.
