PURPOSE:To control the subject material to any length, breadth and thickness by making monolayer cut piece of sheet material cut in bias to length direction and in regular intervals to one body in a state of alternately repeating of right- inclination and left-inclination. CONSTITUTION:Monolayer sheet materials 10a and 10b are respectively cut in right-inclination or left-inclination to obtain cut pieces 7 and 8. The cut piece 7 and cut piece 8 are repeatedly laminated in belt-like and linear both side faces are formed with the inclined cut faces. Resultant multi-layered sheet material is made to one body by needling, etc., to afford a structural material of multi-layered sheet material having excellent dimensional accuracy by accumulating monolayered sheet material having poor dimensional accuracy. |
