VOICE SYNTHESIZING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To allow voice outputting without dropping out information even when noises of an extremely large sound volume are generated by controlling the temporary stop and restart of a voice outputting section by the output signal of a noise volume comparing section. CONSTITUTION:A noise volume detecting section 2 detects the sound volume of ambient noises at all times and feeds the sound volume data to the noise volume comparing section 3 while the voice outputting section 5 outputs voices. The noise volume detecting section 3 compares the threshold sound volume of the permissible ambient noises preset in a threshold noise volume memory section 4 and the present noise volume at all times and feeds the temporary stop signal of the voice output to the voice outputting section 5 at the point of the time when the present noise volume is judged to be larger. The noise volume comparing section 3, thereafter, sends the restart signal of the voice output to the voice outputting section 5 at the point of the time when the current noise volume is judged to be smaller than the threshold sound volume of the permissible ambient noises. The voice outputting is executed in this way without dropping out the information even when the noises of the extremely large sound volume are generated.
