PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition, consisting of R244ca, R225cb and 1-chloropropane, having characteristics equal to or better than those of conventional fluorocarbons and useful as substitute fluorocarbon, solvent, etc. CONSTITUTION:A component obtained by blending (A) 8-58wt.%, preferably 9-39wt.% 1-chloro-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropane (R244ca) with (B) 9-65wt.%, preferably 34-64wt.% 1,3-dichloro-1,1,2,2,3-pentafluoropropane (R225cb) and (C) 5-71wt.%, preferably 5-51wt.% 1-chloropropane [the azeotropic composition is especially 15wt.% component (A), 39wt.% component (B) and 46wt.% component (C)]. The azeotropic point is present in the above-mentioned composition and the same usage as that of a conventional single fluorocarbon is possible with hardly any fluctuation of composition in recycling. The composition has higher solvency than that of the conventional R113 if especially used as a solvent. |
