<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the chance of communication affected by a fault in the case of a fault of a communication network by implementing two transfer systems for the transfer based on a normal given number between terminal equipments or between exchanges and the transfer based on the number of the exchanges depending on each packet. CONSTITUTION:A network monitor circuit 235 monitors the state of the network and when a fault takes place, a packet considered to have effect is informed to the transfer table 234. A given number conversion circuit 232 revises the state of connection system tag as to the packet inputted with a specific given number afterward and gives a specific exchange number on a communication network decided by the given number of the packet in place of the given number information. Simultaneously, a line selection circuit 233 selects an outgoing line 222 not affected with a fault from the designated specific exchange number and the packet is connected and sent to the outgoing line.</p> |
