PURPOSE:The titled device of a simple structure in which a revolving lever of a specific structure is set to a bracket on the outside of a couple of holders which can rotate outward from the parallel position, thus keeping exact timing of the holder for holding and releasing bobbins. CONSTITUTION:A couple of supporters 11a, 11b are equipped with a couple of holders 16a, 16b at the bottom by means of a hinge 17 so that the holders can rotate and levers 22, 23 are used to prevent the holders 16a, 16b from rotating inward from their parallel state. The revolving lever 26 is rotatably set to the bracket 25 and cam 29 and cam roller 30 are connected to one end of the lever and the other end is energized so that it comes into contact with the inner surface of the holder. |
