The device comprises a housing (1), inside which there are fitted a paper roll (14) and a shaft (6). A moistener (7) has a bottom surface provided with holes. A plane (10) is located below the moistener, so that the paper web (15) to be pulled from the paper roll is arranged to proceed out between the moistener and the plane. When desired, the liq. is supplied onto the paper web through the holes of the moistener section-by-section before the tissue strip, i.e. a section of the paper web, is pulled out. |
