PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in productivity by enabling continuous operation for a long period of time, by a method wherein a chemical forming agent is used by fining the same and a fined porous adsorbent is added similarly to the chemical foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:Matters obtained by collecting by a cyclone pulverized bodies of an extent of 0.1-2mum of a chemical foaming agent and porous adsorbent by processing them with a dry crusher are mixed by a proper quantity to each other and used by mixing with powdery synthetic resin. The pulverized body of the porous adsorbent serves as prevention of moisture adsorption for the pulverized body of the chemical foaming agent. When raw materials entered into a melting extruding machine through a hopper 2, they are heated and melted gradually by a heater 4 according to transfer with a screw 3. Then although the foaming agent generates gas through dissolution and the gas is accumulated on the inside, it becomes that the gas is adsorbed and held by the porous adsorbent and in this instance, the inside is under a state where it is high pressure and high temperature. Although a molten and foamed material is filtered with a sheet mesh 6 and extruded in a filmy state, in that moment, the material is exposed under the normal pressure from high pressure, the gas which is kept adsorbed and held by the porous adsorbent is separated suddenly and foaming is accelerated. |
