PURPOSE:To attain the efficient information processing of fuzzy information by comparing charge detecting signals from two floating gates through a comparing means and selecting the input signal of a small side or large side between two inputs by means of the compared output. CONSTITUTION:For a charge to be successively transferred from an input side, the charge is detected by an FG, a voltage signal corresponding to a charge quantity is induced, it is amplified through an FG amplifier 4, and thereafter, a control signal is taken out from a terminal F. On the other hand, since a selecting signal is given to a terminal C, an output gate OG1 of OG2 is operated through a gate 1 or 2, and the charge signal is outputted from a corresponding output diode OD1 or OD2. For the selecting signal, for example, an output signal OUT1 to be larger at the time of a low level is selected, and an output signal OUT1 to be smaller at the time of a high level. Thus, the efficient processing of the fuzzy information can be executed. |
