PURPOSE:To achieve the promotion of low cost and thin type as well as to dispense with any complex control by using such one with a lot of air holes as an elastic body, and installing a vacuum generating means which generates negative pressure on an elastic body surface via these air holes and thereby pressing a sheet. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 3 is connected to a grounded circuit as an electric conductor and frequency voltage is impressed on a vibrator 1 by a generator 6, thus generating a vibration in the elastic body 3. A vibrator 2 generates power with the vibration, but it is dissipated at an energy absorbing part 8, and its vibrational movement is not reflected and thereby it comes to a progressive wave. When a bending vibration of the elastic body 3 comes to the progressive wave, at an outer part of bending, it has a velocity component in the reverse direction to the forward direction of the progressive wave at all times. On the other hand, air holes 4-1-4n of the elastic body 3 are connected to a pressure generator 7 for generating negative pressure in and around it, and thereby a sheet placed on the surface is pressed to a surface of the elastic body 3. Thus, since the velocity component in the reverse direction to the progressive wave is generated on the surface of the elastic body 3, a pressure sheet is conveyed in direction of this velocity component. |
