A synthetic fiber-conjugated yarn is mfd. by arranging a circular spinning hole and an Y- or T-type abnormal shaped spinning hole comprising equilateral triangle or branchod slits in the spinning nozzle with the lattice-shape, and co-spinning the thermoplastic resin through the spinning nozzle. The thermoplastic resin is pref. polyester and its copolymer, polyamide and its copolymer, or polypropylene and its copolymer.
