<p>PURPOSE:To control a video so as not to perform overwrite on a tape recorded previously by detecting a state where a video tape recorder is set at a rewinding state changing from a recording state, and controlling the stoppage of the video tape recorder by receiving detected output. CONSTITUTION:It is decoded that a reception telegram is a recording control instruction telegram by a reception telegram decoding means 5, and a recording control means 6 performs the recording control of the video tape recorder 3 with two channels. After that, the video tape recorder 3 performs recording until a tape is consumed, and when the recording is completed, the rewinding operation is automatically started. Then, a rewinding detecting means 7 detects it, and a stoppage control means 8 performs the stoppage control of the video tape recorder 3. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the overwrite of the tape on which recording is performed previously occurring at the time of performing telecontrol without rewinding the tape.</p> |
