<p>PURPOSE:To make a good heat treatment of of steel products having ruggedness with high accuracy by alternately impressing time-divided voltages of different frequencies to a heating coil. CONSTITUTION:A power source is connected via switches SW1, SW2 to taps T1, T2 of a matching transformer Tr to make good matching to meet the frequencies f1, f2 to be impressed to the same heating coil HC. While the switches SW1, SW2 are opened and closed according to divided time T1, T2, the voltages of different frequencies are intermittently or continuously impressed to a material to be heated such as gear G by which said material is heated. The heating is executable by the above-mentioned method while the desired matching is maintained and therefore, the heat treatment of high accuracy is efficiently applied to the gear G and screw, etc.</p> |
