PURPOSE:To make light incident which is diffused spectrally or multiplexed by a diffraction grating under the best incident conditions by accurately positioning 1st and 2nd optical fiber fixing parts on the cylindrical curved surface of a diffraction grating and optical fiber at an optical fiber fitting part consisting of a Rowland circle circumference part. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical diffraction grating 3 is formed at one end of a plane waveguide part 2 which guides light and the optical fiber fitting part 4 consisting of the Rowland circle circumference part to the cylindrical curved surface of the diffraction grating 3 is formed at the other end. Further, the 1st optical fiber fixing part 51 where the optical fiber connected to the optical fiber fitting part 4 is connected and fixed is provided and 2nd optical fiber fixation parts 52, 53, and 54 where optical fibers are connected and fixed from the diffraction image formation point of light from an optical fiber 61 fixed to the 1st optical fiber fixation part 51 along center light beam flux at the diffraction image formation point are provided. Consequently, the optical fibers can accurately be positioned and the light which is diffracted spectrally and multiplexed by the diffraction grating 3 can be made incident under the best incidence conditions. |
