PURPOSE:To set easily starting conditions at restart of spinning machinery and to prevent troubles such as end breakage, etc., by stopping a spinning machinery at full bobbin, measuring two times the length of spun yarn between traveller and draft part in such a way that the length is equal in all the spindles. CONSTITUTION:The spinning machinery 8 is stopped. Before operation of doffing of bobbins, the spun yarn 2 between the traveller 5 and the draft part 6 is premeasured, state of the spun yarn having length to satisfy approximately restart of the spinning machinery 8 is maintained in such a way that it is not changed by the operation of doffing of bobbins. When the empty bobbin 7 is inserted into the spindle 4, the spun yarn 2 between the spindle 4 and the traveller 5 is pushed down by the empty bobbin 7, and the snarl 2b slightly left in the premeasured spun yarn 2 is drawn. After the snarl 2b is completely eliminated, part of the loop winding 3 is drawn out, and length between the traveller 5 and the draft part 6 is measured in such a way that the length is equal in all the spindles. |
