PURPOSE:To automatically correct data corresponding to physical movement even when the physical movement is generated in a patient by providing a physical movement data processing part to convert the physical movement data of a physical movement sensor into address correction data, tomographic data processing part, address conversion part and memory. CONSTITUTION:Gamma-rays from a patient 9 is detected by radiation detector 4... of a gantry 1 and outputted as a pulse signal. In a tomographic data processing part 15, a time signal is sent to a simultaneous count part 16 and it is decided by energy discrimination that the pulse signal is a gamma-rays photon. In the simultaneous count part 16, the time signals from the two radiation detectors are decided and when the signals simultaneously come, the signals are sent to an address conversion part 14. A marker 11 in the head part of the patient 9 is monitored by a physical movement sensor 12 such as a TV camera, etc., and a rotational angle signal is obtained as the data of the physical movement. This rotational angle signal is converted into a digital electric signal by a physical movement data processing part 13 and sent to the address conversion part 14. The address of tomographic data is corrected by the address conversion part 14 and stored to a memory 17. The tomographic image of satisfactory quality corrected by these data is drawn as a picture.
