Stabilized compsn. of org. polymer comprises org. polymer and siliconic stabiliser cpd. of formula (I) which can supply 0.0050.2 wt.% of nitrogen (obtd. from sterically hindered amine gps.) and 0.01-0.4 wt.% of phosphorous (obtd. from aromatic phosphite or phosphonite gps.). In formula, R is (un)branched C1-6 alkylene; R1 and R2, independently, are methyl or ethyl; R3 is (un)branched C4-12 alkylene or cycloalkylene; R4 is (un)branched C1-10 alkyl; R5 and R6 are, jointly, pheryl or phenylene; and R7 is phenyl or phenoxy when R5 and R6 are phenyl, and R7 is phenoxy when R5 and R6 are phenylene.
