PURPOSE:To improve resolution by loading a first filter to a first picture information, which are obtained by reading a correctly set original by a line sensor, and loading a second filter to a second picture information, which are obtained by rotating the original from a correctly set position by 90 deg. and reading the original, and adding the both information. CONSTITUTION:An original picture is correctly set and a CCD line sensor 308 scans the original picture in a sub scanning direction. Then, the original picture is written to a FIFO memory for each line. These information are thinned out and read. Then, the information are successively written to an OMD(optical memory disk) 14. This original is rotated by 90 deg. and the CCD line sensor 308 scans the original again in the sub scanning direction. Then, the original is written to the FIFO memory 502 for each line. After that, the enlarged picture information, which are stored in the OMD 14, of the original in the correctly set state are read and written to line memories 504-507. The picture information are read from the line memories 504-507 and 3X3 matrix is prepared by a filter arithmetic part 515. Then, the information are added. Thus, the resolution can be improved. |
