The apparatus comprises the bearing plate 1 of a carriage 2 capable of rolling freely on a support 4 which has the shape of an arc of a circle and whose ends 5, 6 are connected respectively via rotary means 7, 8, having horizontal axes, to vertical supports 11, 12. The support 4 has a T-shaped cross-section. The carriage 2 rolls on the surface defined by the cross-bar of the T. In addition to the bearing plate 1, it consists of two upper rollers 17, 18 situated above the support 4 and of lower rollers 19, 20 below the support 4, all connected to the said plate 1. <IMAGE>
