CONSTITUTION:When a condition change detection portion 101 detects that for example, two condition changes have occurred at a two phase signal of a A phase, a B phase which is from an inclination detection sensor 11, and also, the time interval of the condition changes is decided to be more than a set time by means of time interval watch portions 15A, 15B, an inclination discrimination portion 102 outputs an inclination occurrence signal IC' by presuming that the inclination change of more than a predetermined angle has occurred. In this instance, a negative or a positive direction counter 14B, 14A is reset by means of a positive or a negative pulse PP, NP, and the time interval of positive and negative pulses is watched by means of swing detection reset circuits 16A, 16B, and in the case of being less than a predetermined time, the counters are, likewise, reset, and also, when the time interval of condition changes that occur continuously, is short, an error action prevention circuit 19 prohibits output, and an error action is prevented. |
