<p>PURPOSE:To improve checking accuracy and to miniaturize a constitution which checks a circuit by checking the circuit with the use of checking load, which generates an actuating signal approximately equivalent to that from a load. CONSTITUTION:Checking loads 32 and 33, which are respectively realized, for example, by a resistance, a capacitor, and a coil, and output actuating signals equivalent to an actuating signal AD from practical loads 12 and 13 according to outputs SO1 and SO2 of servo IC 11, are connected. Further the servo IC 11 is operated in the same way as the actual use, and its servo function is checked. Thus the servo IC (control circuit) 11 can be checked on the same condition as the practical control operation, and the checking accuracy is improved. In addition, since the checking load which has simpler constitution than that of the practical load, is used, the constitution used for the check is simplified.</p> |
