PURPOSE:To automate the operation in which a resin sheet is stuck onto the ground surface of a stainless plate, and to improve efficiency by continuously feeding the resin sheet between rollers sending the stainless plate in one direction and fast sticking the resin sheet onto the surface of the stainless plate by the pressure welding force of the rollers. CONSTITUTION:Resin sheets J1, J2 delivered toward the direction of carrying of a stainless plate S from sheet supply means 7 are fed between a pair of rollers. The stainless plate S, a surface of which is mirror-polished previously, is sent between rollers 6g, 6h while a mirror surface thereof is directed toward the sheet side. The stainless plate and a sheet are carried in one direction by turning the rollers, and the sheet is contact-bonded successively with the mirror surface of the stainless plate while air between the stainless plate and the sheet is removed by the pressure welding force of the rollers. A liquid containing an abrasive, etc., is sprinkled over the stainless plate in a mirror polishing process, and a washing is left on the stainless plate, but the washing is removed together with air by the pressure welding force of the rollers, and the sheet can be stuck before the drying of the washing liquid. |
