<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of rust in a double conveyor and to also can rapidly cope with the change-over of a foamable resin material by arranging a duct injecting hot air set to predetermined temp. or less through a heat exchanger to heat the double conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A duct 8 injecting hot air set to 200 deg.C or less through a heat exchanger 14 to heat a double conveyor 6 is arranged and cooling air cooled through a freezer 15 is also injected from the duct 8 to cool the double conveyor 6. That is, since hot air is injected and the double conveyor 6 is heated by a so called indirect heating system, hydrogen fluoride gas, hydrogen chloride gas and phosgene are not generated and it is prevented that the double conveyor 6 generates rust by steam due to the combustion of hydrocarbon of fuel. Since the double conveyor 6 can be cooled by injecting cooling air from the duct 8, the change-over to a foamable resin material having low foaming and curing temp. can be performed rapidly.</p> |
